Our farina “00” flour is crafted by Millstone – the best flour there is. We know this as our Chef Luke, sourced and tested multiple brands and he settled on this stoneground goodness with a stretchy and crunchy texture, just the way our Jukes Fam love it!
Our wood fired oven also gives our base the smokey and rustic crust we all love.
